How to take stock of your life in five minutes

Start with what you feel, name an area taking up too much space and choose one question to explore. Five minutes can open a reflection; they cannot sum up a person.

How to take stock of your life in five minutes

1. Arrive as you are

You do not need a polished story. Say what has occupied your thoughts today, even if it sounds contradictory. You can be proud of your work and exhausted by its pace. The Soul is designed to make room for those nuances and ask one question at a time, without rushing you towards a solution.

2. Separate the areas

Work, money, relationships and your inner life can become tangled. Identify which area asks the most of you right now. Then describe a recent example instead of using a label such as “everything is wrong”. You can skip a question or leave a topic for later: the pace should remain yours.

3. Keep one question open

Your first conversation does not need to end with a grand plan. “I want to understand why I say yes to everything” is enough. The summary helps you pick up the thread. Read it and correct anything that does not fit: useful memory should stay faithful to what you meant.
