Our shared understanding.

Preparation version for internal testing. The domain, full operator details and commercial terms will be finalised before public launch.

The Soul Club experience

Soul Club offers conversations with virtual characters powered by automated conversational systems. Spiritual and historical figures are creative interpretations, not an actual divine presence or a living person. The experience is for adults aged 18 and over.

Reflect, learn and decide

Conversations offer reflection and personal development. They do not replace healthcare, diagnosis, psychological support or legal, tax or financial advice suited to your situation. Characters can be wrong. Health, wealth or performance outcomes are not guaranteed. Your statutory rights remain applicable.

Your voice and memory

With your permission, calls are transcribed and analysed to create recaps, suggested actions and personal memory shared between characters in your account. VAPI processes voice conversations, OpenAI performs analysis and Cloudflare hosts application data. Other users must not access your profile. Portrait animation is not live video.

Retention and control of your data

Transcripts are temporary: at most seven days, shortened to 24 hours after verified processing. Summaries, facts and brief supporting quotations are retained separately. Memory is built in the background and remains internal to the service. You can export your data and request account deletion. Correcting active context does not automatically delete its source transcript or every historical version. Complete deletion requests are handled separately. Contact information and market-specific terms will be completed before launch.

Trials, credits and payments

During the free beta, each account receives a one-time five-minute trial with the companion chosen at signup and three minutes with each of the other companions. Email verification is not required for this trial; the address is not marked as verified. Languages do not multiply trials. No card is required. Paid offers, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation rights will be shown before purchase. Free trials never automatically switch to paid calls. Live payments are not enabled in this version.
