1. Separate the goal from its meaning
A number may represent security, freedom or recognition. Those are different needs. For this exercise, write your goal and complete “this matters to me because…” three times. You do not have to choose between ambition and meaning: start by understanding the relationship you want between them.
2. Choose your language for reflection
You may prefer introspection with the Soul, Christian reflection with God or Jesus, or symbolic exploration with Salomé. These approaches are not interchangeable. From a Christian perspective, Matthew 6 includes reflection on treasure and worry. Read the passage in context before using it to frame a personal decision.
3. Turn a value into an action
“Being aligned” remains abstract until something makes it visible. If you value presence, choose a moment in the week to be fully available. If you value honesty, identify a business promise needing clarification. A modest action can give your intention more substance than a perfect story about success.
